Serving as a San Lucas Mission Volunteer is both rewarding and challenging. It takes flexibility, initiative, patience, a sense of humor, and openness. While the application process is not as challenging as serving as a San Lucas Mission Volunteer, the qualities that make an effective volunteer will also be useful in the application process.
